hello, friends!  it's Tuesday- which means it's time again for TEAM SWEAT FOR JOY'S *TRANSFORMATION SPOTLIGHT*!  today, I want to introduce you to my dear friend, Katie Isaac. I reached out to Taylor after cyber-stalking her for a few months.  I started with the 3 Day Refresh because I was sick and tired of working out, but being a self saboteur and not seeing results.  I knew some things that would make me successful, but I had zero accountability.  And I was lacking a lot of nutrition.  Shakeology has been a huge game changer for my entire household. what motivated you to make the change? Why, hello there.... August. there has been so much on my mind lately... so much that I've been working through, working towards, working to become.... that I felt like I needed to take a step back & reflect. reflect on the wins. & the losses. <3 & where they all can take us.... for starters, August started out with a vacation with just my husband & I. we had a lot of plans. we had a lot we wanted to do, people to see, places to go... we needed to relax & unwind... but, the truth is... August will never be the same. I would be completely lying to you if I said that when the calendar turned to August, I didn't feel a complete pit in my stomach. because, for me & August.. the story goes back 2 years. how did you get involved with the programs & shakeology?  - I noticed that my friend Taylor was posting a lot of inspirational messages on Facebook and asked her if she was a personal trainer.  Then she told me about beach body programs and shakeology. what motivated you to make the change?  - I knew that I needed to do something to really commit to myself. I motivated myself to do it by making the decision to do what is best for me. I know how to love myself, and not in a vain way but just knowing that I am important and special and I need to take care of myself. I am also a nurturer and care giver by nature, so I want to make sure that I can be the best of those and achieving that means taking care of myself first. what was it that kept you persisting towards your goal?  - I keep saying to myself that I cannot turn back.
