It's no secret I love pizza. I don't always love how I feel after I eat it, so I'm always on the hunt for ways to curb the craving, but also not taste disgusting. This crust made COMPLETELY OF EGG WHITES has blown my mind and so clearly, I had to share it with you all. Here you go! INGREDIENTS: -1 cup egg whites -toppings of your choice DIRECTIONS: -pour egg whites into hot, greased pan. (I use coconut oil cooking spray). - cook them until they no longer jiggle when you shake the pan. Flip the egg whites and cook other side. Continue to flip and cook until golden and a crsipy on the edges. -lower heat on pan and add your toppings! The photo here shows a "taco pizza" I made with pre-cooked ground turkey, avocado, greens, goat cheese, and hot sauce! I have also made a "BBQ chicken pizza" version and it was BOMB! You really can use whatever toppings you wish! Let me know what you think about this recipe and feel free to send me any others

5 years ago, I decided I was “done” performing as a dancer. My bad relationship with food reared it’s ugly head and I quickly found myself 30+ pounds heavier FAST.
