Image
It's the moment I have been waiting for since this program was announced.... Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps is preparing to launch as a COACH EXCLUSIVE program for two weeks before the company releases it to the general public! We go live MARCH 1ST! Having a baby brother that is a MARINE obviously causes this program to SERIOUSLY pull at my heart strings! The longest three months of my life were the months he spent in boot camp and we could only communicate with him via snail mail & had no clue what he was doing everyday! Having this program as a salute to our service men & women & veterans is absolutely amazing & I am so proud to be able to offer this to all of my customers! Can we just take a second and talk facts about this program?! This is seriously.... AMAZING... for busy people like me! Each workout is only 22 minutes long... YES, THEY'RE ONLY 22 MINUTES LONG! I hear so often from people say that they don't have time to make it to the

BUT, WHY?!

WHY DID YOU START?  As I sit here today, I am a little overwhelmed with the idea of building this business from home. The repercussions for this NOT working are too large & the idea of the inevitable success as long as I continue to put my best effort forth is also terrifying. If I'm going to eat a dang brownie, it's going to be the real deal! That is, until I had the attack of the gluten situation. So, I have been on the hunt for something to curb those cravings & not totally wreck my stomach! & also, something I feel a little less guilty about feeding to Dave (type 1 diabetic)! You know that you have a good recipe on your hands when your husband says he wouldn't mind at all if you made these more often! Here you have it! My first (and definitely not last) attempt at black bean brownies! They turned out super yummy & chocolatey & I think I might take these to parties & trick people! INGREDIENTS: -1 15oz can of black beans; drained and rinsed well -2 tbsp. cocoa powder -1/2 cup of quick oats (I used gluten free oats) -1/4 tsp salt -1/3 cup pure maple sy
